摘要

Abstract

The production process of alumina consumes a huge amount of energy,and the discharge of waste heat not only causes energy waste,but also has an impact on the environment.The article first analyzes the necessity of waste heat recovery and utilization in alumina production systems from multiple perspectives.Combining with the analysis of alumina production processes and waste heat resources,it focuses on the comprehensive recovery and utilization measures of waste heat in alumina production systems from three aspects:leaching system waste heat recovery and utilization,steam condensate waste heat recovery and utilization,and roasting system waste heat recovery and utilization.The aim is to provide strong support for the green and sustainable development of the alumina industry and promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry.
