摘要

Abstract

This article proposes an intelligent transformation plan to address the problems of low efficiency,multiple safety hazards,and high operation and maintenance costs in traditional mining lifting systems.Through technical feasibility analysis,economic evaluation,and practical case verification,it has been proven that intelligent transformation based on the Internet of Things,big data,and automation control can improve system operation efficiency by more than 35%,reduce energy consumption by 28%,and achieve a fault warning accuracy of 92%,with significant economic benefits and safety value.
