Abstract

Organic inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have become a research hotspot in the field of photovoltaics due to their excellent optoelectronic properties.However,the development of traditional single junction perovskite cells is limited by their bandgap design and light absorption range.This study is based on the classic perovskite material MAPbBr3,and systematically investigates the effects of different concentrations of Cl and I doping on the band gap,crystallinity,and optoelectronic properties of the material through halogen element doping strategy.MAPbBr3-xXx thin films were prepared by spin coating method and characterized by X-ray diffraction,UV visible absorption spectroscopy,and photoluminescence spectroscopy.Research has shown that the introduction of Cl leads to lattice contraction,an increase in bandgap from 2.34eV to 2.45eV,and a blue shift in absorption edge;The doping of I causes lattice expansion,reduces the bandgap to a minimum of 2.15eV,and redshifts the absorption edge,verifying the bidirectional control ability of halogen doping on the bandgap.However,the crystallinity of the doped material is affected.Due to lattice mismatch or stress,the defect density increases,the non radiative recombination of charge carriers significantly increases,and the luminescence intensity decreases.Nevertheless,this study still provides theoretical support for the development of all perovskite solar cells and offers new ideas for further optimizing the performance of perovskite devices.
