Abstract
To fully leverage the comprehensive functions of the National Water Network project and enhance the intelligent management of its dispatch operations,this study developed an intelligent dispatch decision support system.It systematically analyzed the system's framework and functions,and sorted out the involved multi-tier users,business,and functional requirements along with their interrelationships.The primary tasks for water quantity dispatch within the National Water Network were proposed.Furthermore,the business processes of multi-level water quantity dispatch were analyzed,with a specific focus on the key decision-making nodes within these processes.Corresponding demand lists for data,models,and knowledge required at these nodes were detailed.A smart decision-support model for water quantity dispatch,based on the deep integration of data,models,and knowledge,was proposed.The outcomes of this research can support the development of the model platform,knowledge platform,and business applications within the digital twin of the National Water Network,which is of great significance for improving the management efficiency of the entire network.关键词
