数字孪生智慧取水节水平台的实现与应用
Implementation and application of digital twin-based platform for intelligent water intake and conservation

Abstract
In response to prevalent issues in water resources management—such as low digitalization of information resources,lack of integrated systems,absence of standardized data management methods,and inadequate intelligent decision-support capabilities—this study developed a digital twin-based platform for intelligent water intake and conservation.The platform integrated key technologies including IoT monitoring,workflow engines,and template-based automation.High-precision BIM models were created for eight critical water intake facilities,enabling equipment dynamic simulation and holographic perception of operation status.A demonstration was implemented in Binhu District,Wuxi City,achieving full data coverage for 18 water intake users and complete digitalization of the administrative approval process,which enhanced approval efficiency by 80%.The system also facilitated multi-dimensional classification,storage,and archiving of 20 types of water use records.The results indicate that the platform ensures accurate monitoring of water intake data and supports full lifecycle management of water intake facilities,providing useful insights and a reference model for developing smart water resources management platforms.关键词
