Abstract

To address common challenges in traditional laboratory management,including difficulties in IoT-based monitoring,safety supervision,and process traceability,this study focused on the core management workflows of the large-scale geotechnical centrifuge experimental platform and,driven by application needs,carried out the design,development,construction,and deployment of a digital-intelligent experimental platform.IoT sensor networks were deployed for real-time environmental data collection,an anomaly-graded early-warning model was designed to enable intelligent assessment and proactive alerts,and a full-lifecycle laboratory management system integrating personnel,equipment,and tasks was developed.BIM technology was incorporated to achieve 3D visualization of the testing base.Application results showed that the platform enables active-intelligent monitoring of environmental safety and comprehensive traceable management of experimental resources.The research enhances laboratory operational efficiency and management quality,offering a practical reference and implementation pathway for digitally intelligent support of scientific research.
