Abstract
Hydrological digitalization is a central pathway for advancing water conservancy modernization,integrating multiple technologies to overcome limitations of traditional hydrological work and to support decision-making.In response to Yunnan's hydrological needs,an integrated architecture combining sensing,transmission,aggregation,processing,and services was developed.A"terminal-pool-repository"data governance model was proposed to transform data from disorder to structure;a"edge-local-cloud"collaborative computing system was built,supported by a unified scheduling platform and refined management mechanisms to meet low-latency,high-elasticity,and heterogeneous computing demands.A flattened network architecture was designed across edge sensing,regional coordination,and provincial control layers,supported by secure Internet gateways and Anti-DDoS traffic mitigation.A full-chain security protection system was established to ensure the stable operation of core business.A five-layer management framework was established covering infrastructure,data resources,data platforms,application management,and hydrological departments.Cloud servers enabled on-demand resource expansion and distributed storage.The digital hydrological system has already been deployed in Yunnan hydrology,enabling agile development of new services and real-time data interaction across systems.关键词
