摘要

Abstract

Driven by the strategy of strengthening the country by transportation and the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry,railway freight transportation,as the core backbone of the national modern logistics system,is facing the trend of transformation and development from traditional scale expansion to quality drive.Focusing on the path to improve the quality of railway freight service and closely combining with the practice of promoting the organizational reform of logistics division system in railway freight system,this paper analyzed four core characteristics of railway freight service:basic service and public attribute,network and scale,high complexity and synergy,demand standardization and individuation,systematically discussed the key crux affecting the quality of railway freight service,and put forward four countermeasures:reconstruction of service consciousness,innovation of synergy mechanism,optimization of system,and leading of talent brand,which provided a reference for improving the quality of railway freight service.
