Abstract

This paper focused on production safety management within railway maintenance sections,systematically analyzing the development status of railway maintenance production management and exploring the characteristics of safety risks in production management.On this basis,it proposed a risk source identification method suitable for railway maintenance systems and constructed a comprehensive safety risk evaluation index system.Based on the actual characteristics of railway maintenance and repair work,a maintenance safety risk assessment model using interval fuzzy numbers was proposed.A safety risk quantification method based on safety checklists was developed.By taking the actual production safety situation of the X Maintenance Section as an example,a risk quantification assessment and safety risk conversion were conducted.The results show that this method can achieve quantitative analysis of safety risks and provide a more scientific and objective basis for the safety risk management of the maintenance section.
