Applicability Study on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in Railway Flood Control Inspection Under Rainfall Environment
摘要
Abstract
Taking rainfall weather as a typical scene,this paper focuses on the feasibility of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)flying in rain from three angles:theoretical research,field test and mature model in the market.On the basis of an analysis of the safety situation of railway flood control,the main application sites of flood control inspection UAV are put forward.This paper further studies and presents the establishment of the adaptability evaluation index system including inspection task,rainfall environment,personnel quality and equipment performance,and then proposes the adoption of TOPSIS method(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)to calculate the index weight.At the same time,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of current railway UAV inspection from the industry and UAV perspectives,and then puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at providing the railway industry with guidance for safe application of UAV inspection,especially for flood control inspection in rainfall weather environment.关键词
