摘要
Abstract
Targeting at the problem of online fault monitoring for railway signal cables,this paper proposes a detection method for railway signal cables using the spread spectrum time domain reflectometry technology.The proposed method utilizes traveling wave signals as detection signals,isolates fault points with an improved adaptive filtering algorithm,and automatically adjusts the frequency of traveling wave signals and the circuit gain to achieve accurate positioning of cable faults.This paper focus on key technologies such as the selection of transmission information sequences,preprocessing of reflected signals,adaptive filtering,and adaptive adjustment of transmission signal parameters.The least mean square(LMS)method is improved,which can effectively filter out interference signals in signal cables,such as transmission signals,power frequency signals,and noises.The architecture of the online fault detection system is designed,and the key and difficult issues in engineering work are discussed.The relevant research results have been applied in multiple mainline railways including Ganzhou-Shenzhen Railway and Shenzhen-Maoming Railway,showing the features of accurate fault positioning,long cable monitoring distance,and low cost.关键词
