摘要

Abstract

In order to reveal the effects of phosphorus supplementation on the community function and diversity of soil protozoa of alfalfa,a field experiment was conducted in the semi-arid area of the Loess Plateau,and alfalfa fields with different phosphorus dosages(0,60,120,180 kg/hm2)were used as the research objects.Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology was used to analyze the community characteristics of soil protozoa.The results showed that,compared with CK,P180 reduced Ciliophora,Apicomplexa and Endomyxa by 42.6%,40.7%and 40.8%,respectively.The values of Bacillariophyta,Cercozoa and Oomycota were increased by 36.0%,26.8%and 38.8%,respectively.In addition,there were 2 Photosynthetic protozoa,3 Parasites protozoa,and 6 Consumptive protozoa,with the highest proportion of Consumptive protozoa(72.5%-84.0%).It was followed by parasitic protozoa(12.2%-25.3%)and phototrophic protozoa(2.2%-4.4%).Soil organic carbon,water content and available phosphorus were the main driving factors for the formation of Photosynthetic,Parasites and Consumptive protozoa,respectively.Zero model analysis showed that the assembly of soil protozoa community was dominated by random process(unclear process)at low P level and deterministic process(heterogeneous selection)at high P level.Molecular ecological network analysis showed that there was a strong cooperative relationship between species of soil protozoa community at low P level,while there was a strong competitive relationship between species of soil protozoa community at high P level.The formation of a stable soil environment by alfalfa increased its random process,which was conducive to maintaining the sustainability and stability of artificial grassland ecosystem function.
