Abstract

Quantum communication networks are key infrastructure for ensuring the secure transmission of information.The reliability as-sessment of them is of great significance for the stable operation of the network.However,the existing assessment methods have some problems,such as the inability to accurately reflect the true state of the network,insufficiently comprehensive data collection,lack of predictive ability and optimization strategies,etc.For this purpose,a comprehensive evaluation method for the reliability of quantum communication networks based on complex network models is proposed.This method first builds a complex network model that integrates quantum characteristics,and generates fea-ture vectors through multi-dimensional data acquisition.The prediction of Network status and reliability indicators is achieved by using Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)and Deep Belief Network(DBN).Finally,the optimization strategies for nodes,channels and service levels are given in combination with the prediction results.Experimental verification shows that this method has high evaluation accuracy,can effectively predict future reliability risks,and the optimization measures can enhance network reliability,providing strong support for the stable operation of quan-tum communication networks.
