Accelerating the Green and Low-Carbon Transition of Traditional Industries in Xuzhou Under the"Dual Carbon"Framework
摘要
Abstract
The"Dual Carbon"goals have catalyzed China's push for a green transition in traditional industries.As a typical resource-based city and old industrial base,Xuzhou carries the dual responsibilities of industrial decarbonization and regional revitalization.The accelerated pursuit of the"Dual Carbon"goals presents a significant opportunity for Xuzhou to accelerate this transition.A localized systematic approach to greening its traditional industries is therefore imperative for overcoming the constraints of resource dependency and achieving a successful industrial revival.To this end,Xuzhou must capitalize on current policy support and adopt a holistic strategy.This involves establishing an integrated system that synergizes"technology-energy-value"transformation system to overcome resource and environmental limitations and stimulate endogenous industrial motivation.Through digital intelligence for efficiency,green practices as a cornerstone,and high-end upgrades for quality,Xuzhou can synchronize its low-carbon transition and strive to become a national benchmark for the transformation of old industrial bases.关键词
