Abstract
The employment status of low-income groups in ethnic regions concerns the vital interests of millions of families and profoundly impacts the region's overall economic development,ethnic unity,border stability and social harmony.The government currently plays a pivotal role in promoting high-quality employment for low-income groups in ethnic regions.Based on the internal logic of the government's function in facilitating high-quality employment for low-income groups in ethnic regions,this paper takes District D of City X as a case study to explore the fundamental experiences of government practices.Grounded in the perspective that livelihood issues represent"national priorities,"the paper further analyzes the practical challenges faced by low-income groups in ethnic regions regarding employment and income growth.Accordingly,innovative pathways are proposed,including establishing and improving cross-departmental coordination mechanisms,creating digital employment infrastructure with ethnic characteristics,fostering new drivers for local characteristic industries,and building a capacity development ecosystem.These dimensions work together to promote high-quality employment for low-income groups in ethnic regions,thereby driving sustained and stable economic and social development in these areas.关键词
