MSCT平扫及三期增强扫描对胃癌转移性淋巴结的诊断价值
Diagnostic Value of MSCT Plain Scan and Three-Phase Enhanced Scan for Metastatic Lymph Nodes of Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)plain scan and three-phase enhanced scan for metastatic lymph nodes of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 85 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent MSCT plain scan and three-phase enhanced scan examinations.According to the presence or absence of metastatic lymph nodes,the patients were divided into two groups:33 patients with metastatic lymph nodes were included in the metastatic group,and the other 52 patients were included in the non-metastatic group.The parameters of MSCT plain scan and third-phase enhanced scan(short diameter,long diameter,short diameter/long diameter ratio,CT values in plain scan phase,arterial phase,portal artery phase,and delayed phase)of the two groups were compared,and the ROC curve was used to analyze the efficacy of each parameter alone and in combination in diagnosing metastatic lymph nodes of gastric cancer.Results Compared with the non-metastasis group,the short diameter,long diameter,short diameter/long diameter ratio,and CT values in the plain scan phase,arterial phase,portal artery phase,and delayed phase were all larger in the metastasis group(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value of MSCT plain scan and three-phase enhanced scan parameters(short diameter,long diameter,short diameter/long diameter ratio,CT value of plain scan,arterial phase,portal arterial phase and delayed phase)in combination in the diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes of gastric cancer was 0.891,higher than that of each parameter alone.Conclusions MSCT plain scan and three-phase enhanced scan have high diagnostic value for metastatic lymph nodes of gastric cancer,which can be used for reference in clinical practice.关键词
