软式支气管镜联合常规治疗对重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果研究
Study on the Clinical Effect of Flexible Bronchoscopy Combined with Conven-tional Treatment on Children with Severe Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible bronchoscopy combined with conventional treatment on children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(SMPP).Methods 60 children with SMPP admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the principle of random drawing.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with flexible bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group.The relief time of clinical symptoms,imaging efficacy,laboratory indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of cough and fever in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than the 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the laboratory indicators(white blood cell count,CRP,PCT)levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Flexible bronchoscopy combined with conventional treatment can significantly shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory indicators,and improve the clinical efficacy in children with SMPP,but not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions,with high safety.关键词
