三七治疗肺纤维化的分子机制研究
Exploration of the molecular mechanism of Panax notoginseng in treating pulmonary fibrosis

Abstract
The mechanism of action of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis was explored by utilizing Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)chip mining and network pharmacology.The active components of P.notoginseng and their corresponding targets were collected.Databases were integrated to obtain therapeutic targets for pulmonary fibrosis,and intersecting targets for P.notoginseng in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis were identified.A"drug-active component-target"network diagram and a PPI network were constructed,and Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses were conducted.Finally,molecular docking verification was performed.The results suggest that P.notoginseng may play a role in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis by regulating pathways related to antioxidant activity,inflammatory response,immune regulation,and autophagy in lung tissues through active ingredients such as quercetin,β-sitosterol,and mannitol.关键词
