摘要

Abstract

As recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf refers to the dried sclerotium of this fungus.It has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine for more than two thousand years and is known by the saying"ten prescriptions,nine with poria".According to differences in their medicinal parts and efficacy,the sclerotium is divided into three parts:Poriae cutis(Fulingpi),Poria(Fuling),and Poria cum Radix Pini(Fushen).Metabolomics,which can detect dynamic changes of endogenous small-molecule metabolites in biological systems and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis,is often used to study the mechanisms of multi-component and multi-target therapies in traditional Chinese medicine.This review integrates relevant domestic and international literature to summarize research advances in the pharmacodynamic mechanisms of Poriae cutis,Poria,and Poria cum Radix Pini based on metabolomics.It aims to provide a more comprehensive theoretical basis for disease treatment using these related medicinal parts of Poria cocos sclerotium,promote their better development and utilization,and offer new insights into revealing the scientific connotation of the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine.
