基于铁死亡相关通路探讨中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展
Research advances on traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic kidney disease targeting ferroptosis-related pathways

Abstract
During the progression of DKD,ferroptosis is closely associated with the occurrence and development of the disease,and its pathological mechanisms involve various molecular and cellular signaling pathways,including inflammation,oxidative stress,extracellular matrix accumulation,and fibrosis.As a key link in the development of DKD,ferroptosis is regulated by multiple pathways,such as the NADPH/FSP1/CoQ10 antioxidant system,Nrf2/HO-1,SLC7A11/GPX4 oxidative stress regulation pathways,and the ACSL4/LPCAT3 lipid metabolism pathway.Various TCM monomers including flavonoids,terpenoids,alkaloids,and saponins,as well as TCM compound formulations for replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,strengthening the spleen and consolidating the kidney,reducing turbidity and activating blood circulation,can inhibit the ferroptosis process by targeting related signaling pathways,thereby intervening in the progression of DKD.This article systematically summarizes the key mechanisms of ferroptosis in diabetic kidney disease(DKD),and by integrating domestic and international literature in recent five years,and analyzes the research progress of TCM interventions on ferroptosis-related signaling pathways,aiming to explore the potential value of multi-target TCM therapy for DKD.关键词
