Abstract

The Shuang'an dolomite marble deposit in Jizhou District,Tianjin is located in the outer contact zone of the Panshan granite pluton,belonging to a metamorphic-type dolomite marble deposit formed through thermally contact metamorphic processes.The deposit is hosted within the dolomite strata of the Yangzhuang Formation(Jixian System).The ore body occurs as a stratiform monoclinal structure,with the ore primarily composed of coarse-crystalline dolomite exhibiting a typical marble texture.The mining area is primarily composed of carbonate rocks from the Yangzhuang Formation,which underwent diopside marbleization and skarnization alteration influenced by the intrusion of the Panshan pluton.Studies have demonstrated that the multi-stage intrusions of the Indosinian-Yanshanian Panshan granite pluton provided sustained heat sources,which induced recrystallization of original dolomite and formation of metamorphic mineral assemblages.The coupling effect between contact metamorphism and magmatic hydrothermal activity constitutes the key controlling factor for the formation of this mineral deposit.
