雅鲁藏布江弧唇裂腹鱼人工繁殖与早期发育研究
Study on artificial reproduction and early development of Schizothorax curvilabiatus in Yarlung Zangbo River

Abstract
Schizothorax curvilabiatus is a rare and economically valuable fish endemic to the lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River.In this study,the advancement of the aquaculture potential and conservation of S.curvilabiatus was carried out using artificial reproduction.Wild-caught broodstock were subjected to artificial induced spawning using a two-dose hormonal treatment consisting of LHRH-A2(luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone A2,10 μg/kg),HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin,1500 IU/kg),and DOM(domperidone maleate,8 mg/kg).Fertilization was carried out using the dry method,and the development of the fertilized egg was monitored microscopically and recorded chronologically.The induced spawning achieved a mean spawning rate of(75.91±5.91)%,fertilization rate of(87.92±2.59)%,and hatching rate of(80.26±2.18)%at(14±1)℃.The fertilized eggs were pale yellow and slightly adhesive demersal,measuring(2.81±0.17)mm in diameter,and expanding to(4.42±0.21)mm after hydration.Under the experimental temperature conditions,embryonic development of S.curvilabiatus required 184 h 54 min to 232 h 14 min for hatching,with an accumulated temperature of 3223.17℃·h.The average length of newly hatched larvae was(11.70±0.54)mm.Critical organogenesis milestones included sequential formation of pectoral fins,gills,mouth,caudal fin,intestine,and swim bladder within 9 days post-hatching(dph).By 23 dph,yolk sacs were fully absorbed at(17.36±0.53)mm.Juvenile morphology and pigmentation resembling adults were achieved by 65 dph,marking the transition to the juvenile stage.This study marks the first successful artificial propagation of S.curvilabiatus,addressing a critical technological gap in the conservation of endemic fish species within the lower Yarlung Zangbo River.Detailed observations of embryonic development and larval morphology provide essential insights into ontogenetic processes of the species.Furthermore,the establishment of standardized protocols for broodstock management,hormonal induction,and early life-stage rearing offers a solid technical foundation for germplasm conservation and sustainable utilization of S.curvilabiatus.关键词
