摘要
Abstract
Peutz-Jeghers syndrome(PJS)is an autosomal dominant syndrome characterized by the development of multiple hamartomatous polyps throughout the gastrointestinal tract,which can lead to complications such as intussusception and intestinal obstruction.With the application of endoscopic techniques in pediatrics,endoscopic polypectomy has become the primary treatment for PJS polyps.However,postoperative complications including gastrointestinal bleeding,perforation,and pancreatitis may occur.This article elucidates postoperative complications of endoscopic therapy in children with PJS and the selection of the timing of surgery,aiming to explore standardized diagnosis and treatment approaches to pediatric PJS.关键词
