Abstract

In order to avoid the secondary pollution caused by biogas slurry to the environment,photosynthetic bacteria were selected to degrade biogas slurry,and the supernatant of biogas slurry after centrifugation was used for seed soaking experiment to develop the harmless application of biogas slurry.The results showed that when F/M=3 photosynthetic bacte-ria were inoculated under dark aerobic conditions,the COD of biogas slurry decreased from 2128 mg·L-1 to 920.8 mg·L-1,and its removal rate reached 56.4%,and the humus content of biogas slurry treated by photosynthetic bacteria increased of 88.22%,indicating that its applicability for crop planting and nutritional value were improved.The germina-tion index and vigor index of mung bean seed were increased of 412.19%and 344.23%respectively,which significantly improved the germination effect of mung bean seed.The results of this study would contribute to reduce the degree of pollu-tion of biogas slurry,improve the applicability of biogas slurry in the field of agriculture,and develop a harmless and effi-cient seed soaking solution.
