Study on Efficient Degradation Technology of Pig Manure
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the degradation rate of pig breeding fecal sewage,odor index,turbidity,and seed germination rate as evaluation indexes,and screens out microbial strains with rich enzyme systems and high activity from numerous mi-crobial agents,with the expectation of efficiently degrading livestock manure.The method of separate cultivation,mixing in proportion,and nutrient loading was adopted to prepare a highly efficient degrading combined microbial agent for pig breed-ing fecal sewage.The effects of the types of strains,the addition amount of the combined microbial agent,and the fermenta-tion time on the degradation of fecal sewage were studied.It was found that when the liquid cultures of Bacillus subtilis,Tri-choderma harzianum,and Streptomyces microflavus were mixed in a ratio of 1∶1∶1,their degradation rate,turbidity,and odor index were all superior to those of single strains,indicating that the combined microbial agent exerted a synergistic effect.The cost of constructing a highly efficient fecal sewage fermentation tank using the"bacterial sludge adhesion"technology is only 44.4%of that of a biogas digester,and the fermentation cycle is 3.2 times that of traditional biogas fermentation.The treated fecal sewage is clear and transparent,and the seed germination index reaches more than 92%.The combined microbial agent screened out in this study and the"bacterial sludge adhesion"technology adopted have good application prospects and promo-tion value in the treatment of pig breeding fecal sewage.They have solved the technical problem of the strong odor of fecal sewage in summer and the inhibition of crop growth,and provided ideas for the renovation of traditional biogas digesters.关键词
