Abstract
Egg chicken manure contains a lot of sand,which will accelerate the sedimentation of the anaerobic digestor and the wear of equipments.To solve this problem,our company designed a set of egg chicken manure desanding system with a high-efficiency desander as the core equipment.Both batch and continuous operation were tested with fresh egg chicken ma-nure.The sand removal rate and the organic loss rate under different solid content and cycle times were tested.The results showed that,during batch operation,the optimal solid content of chicken manure was 13％or less,and the optimal cycle time was 3 or more,where the total sand removal rate was about 94％.Specifically,80％～90％of sand with particle size of 0.2～0.5 mm was removed,98％of sand with particle size of 0.5～2 mm was removed,and 100％of sand with parti-cle size above 2 mm was removed.The organic matter loss rate of chicken manure was all below 1％.During continuous op-eration,the optimal solid content of chicken manure was also 13％or less,and the optimal cycle time was 3 or more,where the total sand removal rate was about 83％.Specifically,80％～90％of sand with particle size of 0.2～2 mm was removed,and 100％of sand with particle size above 2 mm was removed.The organic loss rate was also below 1％.It's rec-ommended to control the solid content of chicken manure at 10％～13％and the cycle time at 3 during the use of this system.This system can significantly slow down the sedimentation of anaerobic digestor and reduce the frequency of digestor cleaning.关键词
