Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of multi-dimensional composite insulation strategy combined with preoperative education on patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Ninety-four patients who were scheduled to undergo radical mastectomy for breast cancer and were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received a multi-dimensional composite insulation strategy combined with preoperative education on the basis of the nursing given to the control group.The intraoperative core body temperature and the perioperative stress indicator levels were compared between the two groups.Results At 30 and 60 minutes after anesthesia induction and at the end of surgery,the core body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).At 30 minutes after anesthesia and at the end of surgery,the levels of cortisol,adrenaline,and norepinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).On postoperative days 7 and 30,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time,and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the same time.Both groups were better than preoperative day 1.In addition,the above scores of both groups at postoperative day 30 were better than those at postoperative day 7,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional composite insulation strategy combined with preoperative education can effectively maintain the intraoperative body temperature of patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer,reduce their physiological stress responses,improve their negative emotions and psychological resilience,and reduce the incidence of complications such as shivering.关键词
