Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course radiotherapy management based on risk prediction and evidence-based nursing pathways in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 178 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who received treatment at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into a control group(90 cases)and an observation group(88 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received a whole-course intervention based on risk prediction and evidence-based nursing pathways.The self-care ability,quality of life,pulmonary function indicators,tumor markers,and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results After radiotherapy,the scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF Scale of both groups increased,and the levels of forced vital capacity,maximal expiratory flow,and forced expiratory volume in first second also increased.The levels of tumor specific growth factor,carcinoembryonic antigen,and carbohydrate antigen 125 decreased(P<0.05).The above scores and indicators of the observation group were better(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was lower in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course radiotherapy management based on risk prediction and evidence-based nursing pathways can significantly improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer,improve pulmonary function indicators,reduce tumor marker levels and incidence of complications.关键词
