Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of multidisciplinary team(MDT)model in early warning and grading nursing of high-risk pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Using a randomized controlled trial,117 high-risk pregnant women with GDM who visited Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were included.They were randomly divided into an observation group(MDT nursing mode+routine obstetric care,59 cases)and a control group(routine obstetric care,58 cases)using a random number table method.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were compared between the two groups,and pregnancy outcomes and complications were statistically analyzed.Results After 4 weeks of intervention and before delivery,the FPG and 2hPG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before delivery,the HbA1c level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of pregnancy outcomes,the cesarean section rate and neonatal hypoglycemia rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during pregnancy was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT nursing combined with routine obstetric nursing can effectively improve blood glucose control in high-risk pregnant women with GDM,reduce the risk of maternal and infant complications,and improve pregnancy outcomes.关键词
