Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of family empowerment nursing and mindfulness-based stress reduction in the treatment of patients with infertility.Methods Eighty-four patients with infertility admitted to Zhongshan City People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing+mindfulness-based stress reduction,while the observation group received the control group plan+family empowerment nursing.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the Exercise of Self-care Agency in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores across each dimension of the Family Caregiver Task Inventory in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family empowerment nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction can improve the psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients with infertility,enhance the caregiving ability of family members,and help improve pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction.关键词
