Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of operating room nursing based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in patients with rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and to evaluate its impact on patients'immune function.Methods Ninety-two rectal cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery at Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a simple random method,namely a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46).The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received operating room nursing based on the ERAS concept respectively.The occurrence of postoperative complications and other indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The overall incidence of complications was compared between the two groups,and the incidence was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery indicators such as anal exhaust recovery time in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).At 48 hours after the operation and at discharge,the immune function indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and both groups were higher than those before operation(P<0.05).After the nursing,the nursing comfort levels of the two groups were evaluated,and the levels were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion When rectal cancer patients undergo laparoscopic surgery and are supplemented with operating room nursing based on the ERAS concept at the same time,it can prevent complications,improve immune function of body,promote prognosis of patients,and shorten their hospitalization time as well.关键词
