Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of emotional nursing combined with aerobic exercise and diary health education on improving the condition of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with chronic schizophrenia in Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=62)and a control group(n=62)using a simple random sampling method.Both groups received routine comprehensive treatment and emotional nursing,while the observation group received aerobic exercise and diary health education.The scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation-30(NOSIE-30)and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group had lower scores for each sub item and total score in PANSS,negative aspect scores in NOSIE-30,and scores in various subscales of SQLS compared to the control group,as well as higher scores for all dimensions of positive aspects in NOSIE-30 compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of both groups were better than before the intervention compared to the same group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emotional nursing combined with aerobic exercise and diary health education can improve the condition and symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia,and enhance the reconstruction of social function and quality of life.关键词
