摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of nutritional support-based rehabilitation training combined with moxibustion on postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 200 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment at the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from August 2021 to July 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received nutritional support-based rehabilitation training combined with moxibustion. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, serum gastrointestinal hormone levels, nutritional levels, and intestinal flora levels were compared between the two groups after surgery. Results The recovery time of postoperative first food intake, first defecation, first flatus, and bowel sounds in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative days3 and 7,the levels of serum somatostatin, vasoactive intestinal peptide, and enterococcus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of motilin, hemoglobin, and albumin,as well as the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The above indicators of both groups were better than those on postoperative day 1,and were better on postoperative day 7 than those on postoperative day 3(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nutritional support-based rehabilitation training combined with moxibustion can shorten the postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time of patients with colorectal cancer, improve gastrointestinal hormone and intestinal flora levels,as well as promote the recovery of nutritional levels.关键词
