枸橼酸透析A浓缩液在高钙高磷及出血高风险血液透析患者中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of citrate dialysis concentrate A in hemodialysis patients with high calcium,high phosphorus and high risk of bleeding.Methods Eighty hemodialysis patients with high calcium,high phosphorus and high risk of bleeding admitted to Jianhu People's Hospital in Yancheng,Jiangsu Province from January to July 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)using a random drawing method.Both groups were treated with regular hemodialysis.The observation group chose citrate dialysis concentrate A as the dialysate,and the control group chose bicarbonate dialysis concentrate A as the dialysate.The changes of blood electrolytes,pH value,renal function,and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.The dialysis time,dialysis completion rate,dialysis adequacy and the incidence of complications during dialysis were also compared between the two groups.Results After 2 h of dialysis and at the end of dialysis,the blood calcium and blood phosphorus concentration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the HCO3-concentration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the blood potassium concentration,pH value,and coagulation function indicators between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The dialysis time,dialysis completion rate,solute clearance index(Kt/V)and urea clearance rate(URR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group during the dialysis was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Citrate dialysis concentrate A is conducive to improving the blood electrolyte,pH value and renal function of hemodialysis patients with high calcium,high phosphorus and high risk of bleeding,and can improve the dialysis effect and reduce the risk of dialysis complications on the premise of ensuring anticoagulation effect.关键词
