Abstract
This article summarizes Professor SHI Zhenggang's clinical experience in treating pediatric chronic tonsillitis based on the State-Target theory.Professor SHI posits that the fundamental"states"of this disease are primarily spleen deficiency,phlegm-stasis interbinding,food accumulation,and lung-kidney yin deficiency.The clinical manifestations such as sore throat,dry throat and red,swollen tonsils are considered the"targets."The treatment emphasizes combining macro-level state regulation with micro-level target target-ing:for the state of spleen deficiency,treatment focuses on fortifying the spleen and boosting qi;for the state of phlegm-stasis,it aims to activate blood,resolve phlegm,and disperse nodules;for the state of food accumu-lation,the approach is to promote digestion and remove stagnation;and for the state of lung-kidney yin defi-ciency,the strategy is to nourish the lungs and kidneys.Concurrently,specific formulas are used for precise targeting.This diagnostic and therapeutic model,which integrates"state regulation and target targeting,"ad-dresses both the overall pathogenesis and local symptoms,thereby reducing recurrence and enhancing clinical efficacy.One proven case is presented for verification.关键词
