摘要

Abstract

The theory of spleen yin is an important component of the visceral manifestation theory in tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the pattern of spleen yin deficiency is relatively common in pediatric dis-eases.This article explores the relationship between spleen yin deficiency and various pediatric conditions such as fever,chronic cough,tic disorders,and constipation.It points out that these conditions are diverse;they can occur independently or be intermingled.Based on the principle of addressing spleen yin deficiency,the treatment primarily focuses on boosting qi and nourishing yin.The modified Sijunzi Tang(四君子汤),with ad-ditions such as Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma,and Ophiopogonis Ra-dix,is prescribed with modifications according to symptoms,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.
