摘要

Abstract

Classified advancement of university reforms provides new development ideas and pathways for the cultivation of on-site engineers in vocational education.Vocational education has a solid historical foundation in cultivating technical and skilled talents in engineering fields.The cultivation of on-site engineers can be regarded as an important initiative in the new era for vocational education to contribute to the development of new-quality productivity and support the structural reforms of higher engineering education.As a category of excellent engineers,on-site engineers are defined as frontline high-level technical and skilled talents who serve to achieve breakthroughs in applied technologies in China and assist in solving industrial process challenges.From the perspective of industrial demand,they should be positioned as process-oriented and service-oriented engineers,while from the perspective of educational supply,they should be positioned as technology-oriented engineers.Cultivating on-site engineers in vocational education under the guidance of classified advancement of university reforms requires taking the cultivation of on-site engineers as an important pivot point for promoting the integration of vocational and general education at the higher education stage and reshaping the cultivation pathways of on-site engineers under the new logic of industry-education integration and science-education integration.
