新质生产力与现场工程师培养的耦合逻辑、现实困境及突围路径
Coupling Logic,Practical Difficulties and Breakthrough Paths between New-quality Productivity and On-site Engineer Training

Abstract
New-quality productivity is a new quality state that promotes the improvement of total factor productivity in strategic emerging industries and future industries through the transformation of digital intelligence technology.From the theoretical logic perspective,high-quality workers such as on-site engineers are the first element of new-quality productivity.From the perspective of value logic,new-quality productivity provides a driving force for the training of on-site engineers.From the practical logic perspective,promoting the training of on-site engineers in the context of new-quality productivity is an inevitable choice for vocational education to enhance adaptability and optimize its positioning.However,at present,China lacks a systematic paradigm for cultivating on-site engineer talents at the macro level,a deep collaborative industry-education-research platform among multiple stakeholders at the meso level,and an effective carrier for on-site engineer talent cultivation at the micro level.Therefore,based on the macro system paradigm layout,we should build a provincial modern vocational education system,build an on-site engineer industry-education-research platform based on the meso level educational framework,and focus on the innovation of micro training mode to promote the innovation and reform of talent training mode led by the industrial college of on-site engineers.关键词
