摘要

Abstract

The concept of"integration of professional,occupational and normal characters"is the core framework for vocational teacher training,emphasizing the organic unity of professional,occupational and normal characters.It is committed to creating a high-quality"double-qualified teacher"teaching staff for the modernization of vocational education.The current vocational teacher training still faces the realistic dilemmas of the separation of three characters:there is a deviation between professional and occupational charaters,manifested as excessive discipline orientation and insufficient practical skills;professional and normal characters are disconnected from each other,and recruitment standards fail to fully reflect the characteristics of vocational education;the integration of professional and normal characters is insufficient,and the curriculum system lags behind industry demand.To improve the quality of vocational teacher training based on the concept of"integration of professional,occupational and normal characters",it is necessary to build an interdisciplinary curriculum system based on professionalism,innovate the mechanism of industry education collaboration with professionalism as the link,and construct a hierarchical development system of teaching ability with teacher education as the bridge.
