摘要

Abstract

The Ningwu Basin represents a critical concentration zone of iron-sulfur deposits in the middle-lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt and serves as the birthplace of porphyry iron ore mineralization theory.Precise dating of diagenesis and metallogeny of porphyrite deposits holds significant implications for deciphering mineralization mechanisms.The Xiangshan iron-sulfur deposit,a typical porphyrite deposit in this region,features a newly discovered magnetite ore body in its deep section.This study systematically documents the geological characteristics of this ore body,demonstrating its integral relationship with shallow pyrite deposits to form a complete porphyrite iron ore mineralization system.Zircon LA-MC-ICPMS U-Pb dating was conducted on ore-bearing diorite porphyrite and post-mineralization syenite porphyry,yielding crystallization ages of(131.1±0.7)Ma and(128.9±2.5)Ma,respectively.These results constrain the newly identified iron ore body's formation age to 128.9~131.1 Ma,aligning perfectly with the regional porphyrite iron ore mineralization event triggered by~130 Ma magmatism.
