深覆盖层地面沉降监测地质鉴别孔绳索取心钻进技术研究与实践
Research and practice of wireline coring drilling for geological identification boreholes in deep overburden ground subsidence monitoring

Abstract
To address technical challenges in constructing geological identification holes in deep overburden areas for ground subsidence monitoring networks,including low core recovery rate,poor hole deviation control,and unstable hole walls,this study developed and applied wireline coring drilling technology to the targeted areas.The highlights include optimized large-diameter wireline coring tool assembly,stepped-bottom jet PDC bits and diamond composite bits,and low-solid-phase anti-collapse mud systems with dynamic regulation mechanisms.These advancements formed a coordinated"drilling tool-bit-mud-parameter"process.Field implementation achieved an average core recovery rate of 93.48%in Quaternary unconsolidated strata,drilling efficiency of 784 m/month,and controlled hole deviation to 1.56°.The technology successfully managed hole deviation,core quality,and hole wall stability at 900 m depths,supporting ground subsidence monitoring network construction.关键词
