摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain the best way of tissue culture proliferation of"shisebao"Camellia sinensis,the axillary buds of"shisebao"Ca-mellia sinensis were used as explants.The effects of basic medium,6-BA,IBA and GA3 on the proliferation of"shisebao"Camellia sinensis were studied by single factor experiment and response surface methodology.The results showed that B5+1.07 mg/L 6-BA+0.47 mg/L IBA+2.08 mg/L GA3 was the best proliferation medium,and the proliferation rate was 4.27.Under this condition,the stem of"shisebao"Camellia sinensis was thick with dark green leaves,and the repeatability was good.
