棕背鼠平和红背鼠平不同部位体毛对比研究
Comparison of Body Hair in Different Parts of Myodes rufocanus and Myodes rutilus
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the difference of body hair between Myodes rufocanus and Myodes rutilus,and provide references for the classification of Myodes and the feeding habits analysis of Strigiformes birds and Squamata snakes.[Method]The body hair of M.rufocanus and M.rutilus in different parts were analyzed and compared by using scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectrosco-py.[Result]Back hair of M.rutilus showed miscellaneous petal type,and that of M.rufocanus showed long-petal type.The head hair scales of M.rutilus showed irregular wave type,and that of M.rufocanus showed miscellaneous quilt type.The antennae and tail cuticle patterns of the two species of Myodes were arranged in the same order.The infrared spectra of two species of Myodes were similar,but there were also differ-ences.The most significant difference was that a distinct absorption peak of acetylene(C≡C)stretching vibration appeared at 2 172 cm-1 in the back hair of M.rutilus,but this peak didn't appear in the back hair of M.rufocanus.The second derivative spectra between the two species of Myodes were different.The peak intensity of abdominal hair,back hair of M.rutilus was mostly larger than that of M.rufocanus,but the peak intensity of abdominal hair,back hair of M.rufocanus was larger than that of M.rutilus at 800-600 cm-1.[Conclusion]The research re-sults provids new reference data for the classification of Myodes,and scientific basis for the relevant analysis of the feeding habit.关键词
