Stimulating the Momentum of Rural Revitalization:Configurational Pathways for New Agricultural Business Entities to Enhance Socialized Service Efficacy

Abstract
Enhancing the capacity of agricultural socialized services is a crucial measure for advancing agricultural modernization and high-quality development.Since existing research lacks systematic analysis of the formation conditions and intrinsic mechanisms of high socialized service capacity,this study,based on the TOE theoretical framework and employing the fsQCA method,conducts an empirical analysis of new agricultural business entities in China's eastern and central regions.The findings reveal that high service capacity improvement relies not on a single condition but on three pathways,which are the path empowered by"digital innovation&organizational synergy",the path driven by"digital infrastructure&organizational model",and the path supported by"policy guidance&organizational guarantee".Besides,a substitution effect is observed between digital convergence technologies and service models.Accordingly,the following recommendations are proposed:at the technological level,strengthening the development of applicable digital technologies and the construction of regional shared platforms;at the organizational level,optimizing governance structures,building collaborative service networks,and enhancing the bridging role of village collectives;at the policy level,implementing differentiated and targeted support while improving service standards and oversight.Moreover,it is suggested to innovate service models to extend services toward high-value-added segments of the industrial chain,so as to systematically enhance the quality and efficiency of socialized services.关键词
