游戏化视角下积分制赋能乡村治理的实现逻辑与优化路径分析
The Implementation Logic and Optimization Paths of Rural Governance Empowered by the Points System from the Gamification Perspective:An Analytical Framework

Abstract
As an innovative model of rural governance,the points system aims to address the issue of insufficient participation motivation among farmers.This paper constructs a logical framework of"gamification motivation—gamification rules—gamification feedback—gamification effectiveness",and takes the digital points system in Fogang County,Guangdong Province as an example to elaborate on the key role of gamification elements in the implementation of the points system and their effectiveness in enhancing rural governance efficiency.The study finds that with clear tasks,reward mechanisms and feedback systems,the points system can effectively stimulate villagers'enthusiasm for participation,transform rural governance from external impetus to internal motivation,and realize the evolution of behavioral patterns and community culture.However,the points system is confronted with dilemmas,for example it has only one type of incentive mechanism,and the gamification experience is monotonous.Therefore,this paper puts forward optimization paths including improving the incentive mechanism,enriching gamification experience,strengthening technical support,and introducing competition and cooperation mechanisms,so as to further enhance the governance effectiveness of the points system and offer new insights for the modernization of rural governance.关键词
