The Empowerment of Hehe Culture in Rural Governance:Triple Logics and Gradient Embedding
摘要
Abstract
In modern society,the"township government and village self-governance"model faces challenges such as the alienation of villagers'autonomy and the weakening of their public consciousness.With the collapse of feudal society,the traditional rural governance system rooted in clan structures and ethical instruction gradually declined.However,contemporary rural communities still value geographical and kinship ties.To address the dilemmas of rural governance,it is essential to examine the cultural-psychological foundations of local residents and to draw theoretical support from the shared historical memory and cultural characteristics of the Chinese nation.As an integral part of fine traditional Chinese culture,Hehe Culture embeds itself into rural governance with a historical logic that aims for and serves as a means of good law and good governance,the empowerment of rural governance through Hehe Culture requires a gradient embedding approach:strengthening villagers'subjectivity through conceptual embedding;promoting governance standardization through organizational embedding;advancing collaborative governance through relational embedding;and enhancing governance efficiency through mechanism embedding.关键词
