摘要

Abstract

Under the background and trend of the green transformation of expressway operation,the integrated development of transportation and energy,and the potential possibility of transportation enterprises'future participation in the carbon market trading,this paper aims to study and construct the overall framework of the management platform for expressway operation enterprises with functional modules such as energy management,carbon emission management,and carbon asset management.Through the collection and analysis of the basic monitoring data,it provides auxiliary decision-making for the green development of enterprises in terms of energy conservation and carbon reduction,and makes good functional reserve and data support for enterprises'future participation in the carbon market trading.
