浙江省公路工程施工期环境安全评价指标体系研究
Study on the Environmental Safety Evaluation Index System for Highway Construction in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes Zhejiang Province as an example to construct a scientific,systematic and operational environmental safety evaluation index system for the construction period of highway engineering.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and scope of environmental safety during the construction period of highway projects in Zhejiang Province,and in accordance with the construction content of the projects,evaluation indicators covering the legality and compliance of the projects,hidden danger investigation,daily management,ecological protection,pollution control,soil and water conservation,and resource conservation and utilization were screened.At the same time,an equivalent subgrade length conversion method was proposed,which can be used to assign weights for the customization and differentiation of different construction projects.关键词
