Research on Automatic Detection Method for Cloud Computing Data Transmission Link Security

Abstract
In the highly dynamic and heterogeneous cloud computing network environment,data transmission links are faced with issues such as strong time-varying characteristics,hidden abnormal patterns,and delayed detection responses.The detection mechanism based on static features or single time point sampling is difficult to effectively capture the dynamic evolution law and intrinsic correlation of the link state,resulting in insuffi-cient recognition accuracy for security events such as sudden packet loss and periodic fluctuations,and heavily relying on manual intervention,which cannot meet the needs of automated security operation and maintenance.Therefore,a cloud computing data transmission link security automatic detection method is proposed,which in-tegrates maximum likelihood estimation,entropy weight method,and isolation forest algorithm.By using a linear model to characterize the distribution of link characteristics,maximum likelihood estimation and expectation-maximization(EM)algorithm are employed to infer the discretized packet loss rate space,in order to accurately extract key features.The entropy weight method is introduced to evaluate the global and local weights of packet loss rate,and a feature mirror image is constructed to visually present the dynamic correlation and structural characteristics of packet loss rate at multiple time nodes.Multiple isolation trees are constructed to form an iso-lation forest model.Through recursive segmentation and anomaly scoring mechanisms,the automatic and accu-rate detection of link security is realized.The experimental results show that this method has excellent perform-ance in key indicators such as packet loss rate detection accuracy,security event recognition coverage,and F1 score,demonstrating excellent detection performance and generalization ability.关键词
