摘要

Abstract

In site with high surge protective requirements,there are certain difficulties in selecting surge protective components for medium and high-speed communication interfaces due to the influence of the junction capacitance of protective components and the common mode voltage of the bus.To address the shortcomings of high junction capacitance in high-power TVS and TSS maintaining current,a protective circuit design of TSS series TVS is proposed.By combing the low junction capacitance of TSS and the voltage turn off characteristics of TVS,a protective circuit with low junction capacitance and resistance to common mode voltage is obtained.Through theoretical analysis and practical experiments,the surge pro-tective waveform characteristics and protective effect of TSS series TVS circuit,as well as the protective shutdown performance under high common mode voltage,were analyzed.The results show that in the TSS series TVS circuit,the response process of TSS will affect the speed at which TVS enters the avalanche state,resulting in an increase in the peak residual voltage of TVS;The TSS series TVS circuit can shut down normally after being subjected to surges in communication interfaces with high common mode volt-age.
